Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team, set objectives, and drive initiatives.
- Craft and execute strategies to secure key accounts.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, manage complaints and queries.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and unlock sales opportunities.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions to meet sales targets and achieve organizational objectives.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- Familiarity with printing processes is a plus.
- Class 3 driving license and own vehicle required.
