Policy Officer / Policy Analyst – Labour & Workforce Policy

We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and socially aware individual to join our policy team. You'll get to deep-dive into real-world issues, influence policy discussions, and see your work translate into meaningful change for workers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse labour market trends, socio-economic data, and policy proposals.
  • Develop policy recommendations to improve wages, welfare, and work prospects.
  • Engage with government agencies, unions, and industry stakeholders to shape solutions.
  • Draft policy briefs, discussion papers, and presentations.
  • Support taskforces and working groups on workforce-related issues.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are:

  • A degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Business, or related fields.
  • Analytical you enjoy making sense of data and spotting patterns.
  • A strong communicator confident in both writing and speaking.
  • A relationship builder able to work with people from different backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and unafraid to take initiative.
