Work you'll do:

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.

As part of the Customer team, you will work with our Government and Public Services (GPS) practice to help clients enhance public services, drive societal impact, and design innovative solutions for the betterment of communities and organizations.

We help our clients connect People, Product, and Purpose through the use of strategy, design and technology.

You will:

• Lead strategy and insights projects by analyzing public sector trends, client challenges, and citizen needs, leveraging data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Effectively communicate recommendations through compelling visuals and narratives.
• Build strong relationships with public sector leaders, providing strategic advice on organizational futures.
• Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and secondary research to inform strategy and design efforts.
• Develop and implement segment strategies and programs tailored to the needs of public sector organizations.
• Align organizational plans with societal priorities and goals to enhance the delivery of impactful solutions.
• Understand and identify opportunities to improve public service delivery, developing innovative strategies to address complex challenges.
• Help clients define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance the impact of their initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enabling them to contribute effectively to client engagements.
• Integrate policy strategy, service design, and technology in cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business, experience strategy, or data analytics.
• Significant experience years) in consulting within the public sector, working with senior-level government officials and stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of public sector challenges and trends across areas such as citizen engagement, service delivery, innovation in government, and policy implementation.
• Experience designing and implementing impactful strategies and solutions in client-facing and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop actionable insights, and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to societal impact, public service, and improving organizational outcomes.
• The ability to travel (both locally and abroad) as needed for client engagements.
