Requisitos:

Egresado y/o estudiantes de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Comercio Internacional y afines.

Funciones:

  • Gestion y Seguimiento de kpis de ventas y de estrategia definidos por la  compañía aliadas al mercado para garantizar el cumplimiento de rutinas del BDR

  • Indentificar oportunidades y elaboración  de planes  de acción. 

  • Desarrollos de relaciones sólidas con clientes y equipo interno.

  • Gestionar diariamente la operativa de Ventas en los puntos de ventas, llevando a cabo la rutina básica de ventas coacheando y acompañando a Ejecutivos Comerciales y Vendedores.

  • Hacer ruta para corroborar y auditar puntos de ventas.

  • Gestionar y realizar planes de adhesión, coberturas, volumen y NET REVENUE que ayuden a cumplir los objetivos propuestos.

  • Trabajar coordinadamente con la FDV para cumplir objetivos. Revisar cumplimientos de Incentivos y variables mensuales trabajar coordinadamente con los distintos pilares de Ventas para la gestión diaria de los temas que surgen en ruta.

  • Levantar Tickets en el portal para prever soluciones rápidas.
