Watch Technician will carry out a range of technical tasks involved in the repair and maintenance watches.

What You'll Do:

  • Dismantle and reassemble watch cases and bracelets, including replacement of worn or damaged components such as seals, crowns, pushers, and crystals.
  • Exchange movements and set dials and hands.
  • Perform basic servicing on quartz and mechanical movements.
  • De-case and re-case watch movements accurately.
  • Polish and refinish watch components to meet strict quality standards.
  • Conduct water-resistance testing and timing controls to verify performance and precision.
  • Carry out final quality control checks to ensure watches meet workshop standards.
  • Use ERP and workshop systems effectively, aligned with repair processes.
  • Complete service requirements accurately according to repair orders.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the Workshop Supervisor.
  • Participate in brand-specific training and career development opportunities based on skill level.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in the watch industry or a related field

  • Candidates with relevant skills from other industries and an interest in watch servicing are welcomed

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Strong concentration and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of managing deadlines and achieving targets.
