Job Responsibilities:

  • Support technical projects and departments and accurately update information as required.
  • Receive, catalogue and store hard copies and electronic copies of all technical drawings, reports and related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures.
  • Allocate and control the document numbering system for the project work.
  • Ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
  • Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between parties such as residents, contracts, consultants and authorities.
  • Conduct regular visits to residents/ stakeholders affected by the works to gather feedback, preparing circulars, letter and flyers to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.
  • Purchase of daily necessities for site.
  • Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
  • Strong command of English Language as the nature of the job requires writing letters to the residents and managing all corresponds from the residents and authorities
  • Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize work.
  • Minimum a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of Basic IT Infrastructure, server & network setup and troubleshooting.
  • Able to work independently, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Will require to travel to project site offices.
  • Individual contributor role.
