JOB SCOPE

  • Work with Production team to ensure that Production is executing to plan.
  • To plan the production schedules and ensure that production targets are achieved in terms of output and timing.
  • To prepare and raise PRF for maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
  • Prepare production documents such as standard operating procedures, inventory report and productivity reports.
  • Support drawing to production. (e.g. cutting advice / plate advice)
  • Managing the entire smooth process in the planning of material, production planning, inventory control with effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to update the forecast and ensure on-time ordering, receipt, delivery of raw materials.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
  • Able to commit 5.5 days work week.
  • with mechanical knowledge, able to understand mechanical drawing specification.
  • Fresh Graduates in Engineering from ITE are welcome to apply.
