Key Responsibilities

  • Perform KYC and sanctions screening on customers, vendors, and vessels using LSEG/World-Check One and internal tools.
  • Monitor export control updates (SECO, OFAC, EU) and ensure proper procedures and records are maintained.
  • Maintain PDPA documents and consent records, and support Data Protection activities.
  • Prepare and support documents for bank compliance reviews.
  • Maintain and update internal control documentation for audits (including JSOX) and collect audit evidence from departments.
  • Identify workflow gaps and risks and report them to the Head of Finance & Administration.
  • Maintain ISO records, forms, logs, and other documentation, and coordinate ISO audits and follow-up actions.
  • Support process standardisation and ensure accuracy and consistency across departments.
  • Review, update, and maintain departmental SOPs with proper version control and timely updates.
  • Guide staff on documentation standards and basic compliance requirements.
  • Ensure departments keep accurate, complete records and follow common filing/record-keeping standards.
  • Monitor the timeliness and accuracy of document submissions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 2–3 years of experience in compliance, ISO coordination, internal audit, internal control, or risk/governance.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. ISO internal auditor, PDPA courses, basic CAMS) are an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
