The Ice Bath Clubs is social recovery club focused on muscle recovery, mental clarity, and community. We offer ice baths, hot saunas, and heated pool in a clean, and energising space designed for connection and self-care. As we grow rapidly, we're looking for passionate individuals who want to grow with us and make wellness a lifestyle .

The Role:

As an Ice Bath Trainer, you'll be the heartbeat of the club – welcoming members, guiding them through recovery sessions, and ensuring everyone leaves feeling better than when they came in. This is a dynamic and engaging role for someone who thrives in social environments and enjoys being hands-on with both people and operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Confidently guiding individual and group ice bath coaching sessions (training provided)
  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all members
  • Handling customer enquiries and supporting their wellness experience
  • Maintaining club cleanliness and hygiene standards (housekeeping duties included)
  • Being actively involved in the daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows
  • Being accountable, proactive, and committed to helping us grow

Who You Are:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role ( hospitality, fitness, or wellness preferred)
  • Strong communicator with an energetic, people-first mindset
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and self-improvement
  • Responsible, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment
  • Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and mornings/evenings
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as we expand
