**The Role: Ice Bath Trainer**

As an Ice Bath Trainer, you are at the very heart of our mission. You will guide guests through powerful cold immersion experiences that unlock courage, calm, and clarity. Your presence, leadership, and care help make recovery a ritual, not a luxury.

This is more than a service role - it’s a calling for someone who wants to help people transform how they feel, live, and show up in the world.

**Your Impact**

**Lead Recovery Experiences**
- Deliver small-group and one-on-one ice bath sessions with mastery and depth.
- Guide guests through breathwork, mindset framing, and confidence-building practices.
- Tailor sessions to fit beginners, regulars, and high-performance clients.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all sessions and club locations.

**Create Exceptional Member Experiences**
- Welcome guests warmly and help them feel confident, safe, and seen.
- Serve as a calm, steady presence in a dynamic, high-sensory environment.
- Answer questions about recovery, cold exposure, safety, and protocols.

**Ensure Member Safety & Operational Excellence**
- Maintain a pristine and hygienic recovery environment.
- Follow health and safety protocols including water checks, first aid readiness, and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor guest wellbeing during and after immersion.
- Provide feedback to Club Managers on member trends, needs, or opportunities to improve.
- Help bring events, community sessions, and wellness activations to life.

**You Bring**

**Must-Have Qualities**
- 4+ years experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, breathwork, or fitness instruction.
- An unstoppable mindset, a velocity to action and curiosity to learn.
- Genuine passion for recovery, health, and human potential.
- Calm, grounded energy with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort speaking to anyone, small groups and coaching people through discomfort.
- Availability for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts.

**Bonus Points For**
- Experience with cold immersion or performance recovery techniques.
- Certifications in breathwork, fitness, yoga, or First Aid.
- Background in hospitality, boutique fitness, or health clubs.
- Confident on camera or at community events.
