**The Role: Senior Ice Bath Trainer**:
As a Senior Ice Bath Trainer, you go beyond guiding recovery sessions, you set the standard. You’ll lead by example, coach and mentor other trainers, and work closely with leadership to elevate our experience across clubs.

You bring emotional presence, grounded leadership, and an unwavering belief in what cold immersion can unlock, physically, mentally, and socially. This is a key role for someone who thrives in both high-touch coaching and team development, and wants to be part of building something transformative.

**Your Impact**:
**Lead Recovery Experiences**:

- Deliver small-group and one-on-one ice bath sessions with mastery and depth.
- Guide guests through breathwork, mindset framing, and confidence-building practices.
- Tailor sessions to fit beginners, regulars, and high-performance clients.
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all sessions and club locations.

**Mentor & Train Others**:

- Support onboarding and training of new Ice Bath Trainers.
- Shadow and coach junior team members with feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
- Help document and evolve training systems, scripts, and session flows.
- Be the person trainers look to for both stability and inspiration.

**Safety & Standards Champion**:

- Lead by example on all safety, hygiene, and session protocols.
- Monitor trainer compliance with health and risk procedures.
- Support readiness and response during any guest safety incidents.
- Be a calm, present anchor in high-pressure or emotional scenarios.

**Elevate Club Operations**:

- Collaborate with Club Manager and Ops to optimise shift flow, energy, and experience delivery.
- Share insights on member behaviour, feedback trends, and session rhythm.
- Help bring events, workshops, and breathwork activations to life.
- Represent the club at community initiatives or media-facing events, as needed.

**You Bring**:
**Must-Have Qualities**:

- 7+ years experience in coaching, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or performance recovery.
- Natural team leadership — people follow your energy and respect your example.
- Strong communication, grounded emotional intelligence, and a calm under pressure.
- Passionate about human potential, recovery science, and continuous improvement.
- Willing to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a rotating leadership presence.
- You move with velocity, take ownership, and love getting your hands dirty when needed.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Prior experience as a team lead, assistant manager, or trainer mentor.
- Deep breathwork knowledge, contrast therapy experience, or recovery modality certification.
- Background in boutique fitness, spa, or performance environments.
- Experience in curriculum building, group facilitation, or event hosting.
- First Aid / CPR Certified (or willing to complete training).
