Job summary:

  • Salary range: $2000-$3000 Basic + Allowance + Uncapped Incentives
  • AWS + Company Insurance Coverage + Dental benefits
  • Uniform & Training provided
  • Working time: 11pm-8pm 5 days/week (including weekends)

Job descriptions:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultation to customers
  • Demonstrate and recommend Shiseido products based on customer needs
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain good product knowledge
  • Ensure product displays are well-stocked and attractive
  • Handle cashiering and daily sales reporting
  • Maintain counter cleanliness and adhere to grooming standards
  • Participate in promotions, events, and product launches
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or beauty background prefer
  • Willing to committing shift hours including weekends and PH
  • Passionate about customer services and sales oriented
