As a Nursing Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Compile and maintain accurate records for regulatory audits and ongoing monitoring, staff training records and nursing training hours
- Annual mask-fitting documentation
- Vaccination records for staff and residents
- Residents' readmission records
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform routine stock checks of medications and ward supplies to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Submit replenishment requests as needed.
- Liaise with the hospital pharmacist to coordinate medication orders and collections.
- Work with the Operations team to manage prescription form submissions and medication logistics.
- Monitor the validity of nursing staff certifications.
- Coordinate with Nurse Managers to schedule and arrange re-certification training for staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or Certificate in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support
- Knowledge in a healthcare setting would be an advantage
