Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving business growth, managing key customer accounts, and promoting our food products across Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and manage key accounts effectively.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic responses.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food industry (experience selling to food producers is a strong advantage).
- Possess a valid Class 3 driver's licence .
- Strong sales drive, communication, and marketing skills.
- Highly adaptable with a positive team spirit in a fast-paced environment.
