Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage data transfers between accounting systems (e.g. AR to SAP)
- Analyse and resolve discrepancies in financial reports and vendor records
- Support debtors' management and reconciliation activities
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closures and reporting
- Maintain billing system data, including service codes, packages, and customer information
- Prepare financial submissions and support statutory reporting requirements
- Guide junior team members and contribute to audits and process enhancements
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Meticulous and organised
- Prior experience with SAP or healthcare finance systems will be an advantage
