Job Duties:

Ø  Manage accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities

Ø  Handle a variety of accounting activities such as general ledger maintenance; revenue, and asset accounting

Ø  Responsible for timely billing and collections

Ø  Manage monthly payroll reports and coordination with HR

Ø  Responsible for all statutory reporting including consolidations and preparation of financial statements

Ø  Consolidate and file GST returns

Ø  Assist on budgeting and forecasting activities

Ø  Manage good internal controls relating to the integrity of data for financial reporting

Ø  Provide technical expertise and advice on an ad-hoc basis for complex accounting issues

Ø  Liaise with external auditors

Ø  Ensure compliance with management and shareholder agreements, policies, procedures and internal controls

Ø  To assist and attend to matters as deemed required by Management

Requirements:

Ø  Certified Public Accountant or professional qualification with ISCA

Ø  Minimum 7 years of professional accounting experience, including at least 3 years as a manager/supervisor overseeing finance function

Ø  Possess hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial / management reports

Ø  Proficient with Navision.

Ø  The ideal person is self-directed and motivated with high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and objectives

Ø  Excellent team worker with strong analytical, people management, communication and organisation skills

Ø  Willing to be hands-on in completing accounting, reporting and finance tasks

Ø  Interested to grow in a fast-pace and dynamic environment, with exposure to Company management

Ø  Experience in system implementation is desired

Ø  The assignment will be on 6 months' contract with renewable.

Ø  Immediate availability will be an added advantage
