RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the accounts of companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
- Responsible for budgeting, financial planning including cashflow management
- Monitor and analyse the financial performance of the Group
- Develop strong understanding of all key performance drivers and issues relating to the businesses in the Group
- Review and implement procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as management of internal controls
- Liaise with Auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit
- Liaise with Tax agents for timely tax compliance filing and queries from IRAS
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
- Minimum 5 years' experience in handling full set of accounts with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards and local tax rules
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
