About the role

Benjamin Maths Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in our Tiong Bahru Central Region office. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, playing a crucial part in our company's success.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Listening to customer concerns, identifying their needs, and providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service initiatives
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients
  • Follow up with administrative support and payment status

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call centre or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
