**A. Operations (70%)**
1. Conduct day-to-day site visits in the SR precinct, particularly Boat Quay (BQ), to monitor the operating environment to ensure compliance of established policies and good practices.
2. To report any issues and feedback concerning infrastructural, maintenance, upkeep, safety of the precinct.
3. Assist stakeholders in their day-to-day business operating issues in areas of the common areas and the Outdoor Refreshment Areas (ORAs for Boat Quay).
4. To coordinate and supervise operations of contracted services for the management for the precinct.
5. Maintain up to-date database of members, property owners and business operators in the SR precinct.
6. Manage arrears by tenants of Boat Quay Outdoor Refreshment Area and SRO members
7. Organise meetings and engagement sessions as necessary and compile the related paperwork.
8. Maintain policy and procedures manual.
9. Issuance of lease agreements for tenants of Boat Quay Outdoor Refreshment Area
10. File reports, floor plans, etc.
11. Assist to coordinate with external vendors, partners and government agencies in the execution of projects.
12. Work closely with relevant government agencies in grant audit and timely submission of funding claim periodically. Assist to coordinate and execute initiatives and projects in SRO’s workplan to enhance the experience of visitors.
13. Engaging stakeholders (property owners & businesses along the Singapore River) and galvanizing their support for implementation of work plan in a professional, transparent and cost-effective manner.
14. Assisting to develop and implement the Pilot BID programme: relooking at boundaries, creating a sustainable membership tiering programme, assist with meeting/measuring the key performance indicators set in the 4-year business plan and administering towards legislated BID in 2023.
15. Management of Pilot BID matters, including adhering to URA’s funding agreement.
16. Managing relationships with stakeholders involved in SRO including members, public agencies, corporate partners and service providers.
**B. Corporate Administration (30%)**
- Preparation and compilation of administrative documents, including Board meetings minutes, corporate correspondence.
- Smooth running of the office so that colleagues can enjoy a clean and efficient office environment - aircon maintenance, utilities, cleaning, IT etc
- Be involved in gift preparation for landlords and paperwork matters regarding Pilot Bid
- In charge of audit work arrangement and coordination with corporate secretary.
- In charge of corporate compliance, including organizing Annual General Meetings, Board Meetings and other necessary regulatory filing etc.
- Liaising with outsourced accounting vendor on billing matters pertaining to the smooth running of the office
- Taking care and keeping close tabs on inventory of company assets
- Assist in billings and maintenance of customers’ records. Liaise with tenants, members, business associates and all customers periodically. Clarify and responding to external parties on billing related issues. Generate Account Receivable and Aging Reports.
- Assist in working closely with relevant government agencies in grant audit and timely submission of funding claim periodically.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Director, Place Making and Corporate Services.

Pay: $1,980.88 - $4,000.00 per month
