
Manager, Corporate Marketing

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the Company's brand positioning and maintain consistent messaging across internal and external communications channels
- Develop and implement corporate marketing campaigns that support the Company's strategic goals
- Manage the Company's digital presence, including corporate website, social media platforms and other online channels, ensuring relevant and timely updates
- Collaborate with business units in designing and producing marketing collateral
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate communications, such as media inquiries, public feedback and to address any misinformation
- Partner with internal stakeholders on employee engagement campaigns and key corporate initiatives, support in the preparation of marketing materials, speeches, feature articles, presentations and official communications as needed
- Take charge of corporate newsletter by working closely with senior leaders to curate, proofread and edit contents in accordance with internal editorial guidelines and publishing standards
- Plan and executive corporate events that enhance the Company's brand image, in line with the approved objectives and plans as needed
- Work with cross functional teams, including the sustainability team and human resource departments to support initiatives related to ESG goals, diversity & inclusion, and community outreach activities
- Undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by the superior
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- 5 years of prior work experience in corporate marketing or communications roles, preferably in medium to large size organization
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and high level of discretion
