Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Management Trainee . You will play a key role in delivering excellent dining experiences through attentive service, efficient operations, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up cutlery, crockery, and glassware on tables; clear and replace soiled tableware to prepare for the next guests.
  • Serve food and beverages accurately according to order tickets and assigned tables.
  • Operate the Point of Sales (POS) system for processing beverage and food orders.
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and go-the-extra-mile service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times by following company standards.
  • Assist in the opening, daily operations, and closing duties based on the staff roster.
  • Suggest and support continuous improvement activities within the assigned work area.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Positive attitude, good team spirit, and a willingness to learn
