As a member of the Sales team, you will be in a position of influence where you will have direct access to educational institutions and feel the pulse of the market. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitating sales discussions by providing strategic perspectives and sound guidance on market challenges. You will also be involved in the implementation of sales strategies, initiatives, and processes in areas such as business development, customer relationship management, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek, identify, create, and establish business relationships with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to achieve specified annual sales goals.
- Research, generate leads and close sales via various methods such as B2B telesales and other creative sales outreach initiatives.
- Negotiate and coordinate full sales lifecycles from lead generation, proposal, quotation, invoicing to fulfilment of booking.
- Manage pipeline and sales performance tracking through monthly sales activities for all parks with primary focus on schools/education segment.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth planning and execution of school visits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Facilitate site visits for potential clients.
Skills Required:
- Creative and able to multi-task, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously.
- Sales driven and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy, maturity, and initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
- Prior sales experience in liaising with schools or knowledge in Gebiz / TenderBoard / InvoiceNow will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3, $3,800.00 per month
