Our transformers have a global sales network of about 100 countries spanning applications for power generation, transmission and distribution, metals and mining, oil and gas, commercial and infrastructure projects, and mobility. With increasing complexity in the grid, our transformers are also increasingly used for improving power quality and network management. We introduced our TXpert Ecosystem launching the next level for digitalization of transformers.

The Opportunity:

The Head of Product Marketing for the Power Transformers Business in HUB APMEA brings the knowledge of a senior leader and transformer specialist to lead a team of professionals in each Power Transformer Factory that provide tenders and quotations in response to market needs to allow the business to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.

How you'll make an impact:

  • You will lead the PMM teams with a focus on operational planning and process development.

  • You will take accountable for Supply Side Orders and Order Gross Margin Typically managing through first line managers mainly in function area.

  • You will focus on balanced leadership and subject matter expertise.

  • You will manage teams with a focus on operational execution; short/medium-term operational/tactical responsibilities. Full responsibility for human resource planning, selection, development, and performance management. Management involves utilizing individual subject matter expertise.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering. A master's degree in business, marketing, or engineering is a plus.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales and Business development and preferably associated with the transformer business.

  • The person in this role should have strong technical skills, in addition to the marketing experience.

  • Experience in change management, coaching, motivating, and developing diverse technical teams.

  • Be willing to travel ~25% Good written and verbal English communication skills, high attention to detail.

  • Intercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written.
