Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist Shift Time: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri) / 12 pm to 4 pm (Sat) AEST Salary: AUD 800 - 900 per month Join Our Team at Marketing Transformers Were on the lookout for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team at Marketing Transformers, a digital marketing agency in Sydney serving clients across Australia, NZ, USA, and Canada. If you're passionate about creating seamless onboarding experiences and building strong client relationships, this role is for you About Us: At Marketing Transformers, we're trailblazers in the digital marketing space, helping service industry clients like real estate, finance, solar, hospitality, and beauty transform their operations. We are committed to innovation and client success, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. Key Responsibilities:Pre-Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for new clients. Gather documentation and prepare resources. Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.Onboarding: Lead onboarding sessions and provide training. Assist clients with account setup and system use. Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth process.Post-Onboarding: Follow up with clients for feedback and ongoing support. Ensure a smooth transition to regular service. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with international clients. Proactively address client needs and concerns. Maintain communication for long-term success. Key Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Confident, presentable, and professional in client-facing situations. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently. Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and solve problems. Experience managing international clients across different time zones. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
