Client is a top tier investment bank in Singapore, looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join them in their fast and growing team.

**Your new role**

Are you a person who enjoys interaction and coordination with internal and external stakeholders? Are you good at planning and time management? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

- Support the Client Relationship Manager and Product Manager in APAC on the client onboarding and fund launches / lifecycle account management / Offboarding
- Plan and monitor all aspects of the transitions events from inception to completion, ensure that the events are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise extensively with incoming and outgoing fund management houses and custodians to agree
- all transitions arrangements including dates and methods and also the setup of custody markets

**Your team**

You’ll be working in the Transitions team of Asset Management in Singapore.

**You need to have**
- a minimum of 2-3 years operation experience within an investment management or custody environment
- familiarity with financial products
- Ability to work on strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining adherence to detailed procedures
- Demonstrate strong, organizational / prioritisation and communication skills
- Assertive, determined approach, see tasks through to completion
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong interpersonal and team skills across all levels
- Accuracy, numeracy, data awareness and attention to detail
- Awareness of business risk & good escalatory judgement
- PC literacy, with Excel skills particularly advantageous
