Sales Operations Manager

Job Description
- Work closely with the APJ Strategy, Programs and Solution Sales team to formulate business strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and the corporate team to analyze customers, market trends, and opportunities.
- Assist sales leaders on regular business operations including Sales scorecard, quarterly business reviews, and other key cadences
- Support sales leaders with forecasting, tracking deal progress, and identifying risks.
- Drive internal processes and systems improvement to support sales excellence
- Examine sales pipeline data, analyze patterns and trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to sales leaders.
- Review new BI requirements and assist in the development and testing of related reporting and dashboards
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and offer insights to APJ stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Minimum bachelor's degree with 8-year relevant experience in Sales analytics, business planning & analysis, program management, or similar role.
- Prior experiences in software companies (SaaS /Enterprise software)
- Understanding of APJ markets GTM in Enterprise/SaaS domain
- Good knowledge of sales motions, Go-To-Market process & customer, pipeline analysis.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience in analysing business insights from large, complex data sets
- Good Knowledge on CRM systems and BI reporting tools, preferably Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks at the same time and drive initiatives in a cross functional environment
