Duration: 12 months renewable + Bonus

Multiple location, Candidate must open to any location in Singapore

8:30am to 6pm or follow end client working hours

Job description

  • Provide Desktop support to end user
  • Supporting and communicating with end users regarding their IT issues
  • Perform troubleshootingfor client platform related problems.
  • Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Providetimely status updatesto relevant parties.
  • Involved in heavy lifting
  • Perform service request related to client platforms.
  • Monitor the agreed service level,document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.

Requirement

  • Nitec/ Diploma in IT related studies
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
