Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Registered WSH Officer (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Theories and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, appraise, and manage Associate Adult Educators.
  • Oversee end-to-end training coordination (enrolment, documentation, certification).
  • Liaise with SSG/MOM/SCDF/WSH Council on WSQ and non-WSQ matters.
  • Ensure compliance with TPG/SSG/MOM TRS & AMS systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and assessments (as needed).
  • Verify the name and personal particulars of the certificate issued by Greensafe
  • Lead ISO 2999 audits and maintain quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor daily operations and support training executives.
  • Prepare weekly reports for management on training activities.
