Design, develop and review course proposals, curriculum and course materials
- Research and development into curriculum development, instructional design and adult teaching methodology
- Contextualisation of programmes to meet sector and company requirements
- Management of outsourced development projects, courseware developers and ensure timeliness and quality of delivery
- Create and get approval for WSQ Course accreditation for selected courses
- Audit curriculum / course materials to ensure compliance to WSQ/Skills Framework
- Facilitate and deliver some adult training
- Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience with a minimum of 2 years of adult teaching and curriculum development experience
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning (DDDLP) qualification with experience in curriculum development preferred
- Courseware development and instructional design skills and able to facilitate and deliver adult training
- Good team player with a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently
- Able to start immediately
- Singaporean preferred
