Our organization is seeking a motivated professional to fill the role of Learning Solutions Consultant.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of business principles and a passion for adult learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing training programs to corporate clients, researching potential organizations, attending industry events, and developing networks and strong business relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, and have 1-2 years of experience working in the Training and Adult Education industry. Strong knowledge of SkillsFuture Funding, SkillsFuture Credits, and other related funding schemes is also essential.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team, thrive in a competitive environment, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. They will also be willing to work outside of the office environment and interact with digital systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market training programs to corporate clients
  • Research potential organizations and develop long-term partnerships
  • Attend industry events and meet clients to develop networks and strong business relationships
  • Provide service excellence to clients based on their needs
  • Establish and enhance rapport with new and existing clients
  • Conduct consultations and customize innovative programs for prospective corporate clients
  • Develop and implement effective training delivery strategies to achieve enrollment targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and work cohesively with trainers and stakeholders to achieve overall business goals
  • Drive financial performance by analyzing return on investment and leading the identification and solicitation of funding opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas
  • Passionate about engaging and enriching adult learners
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the Training and Adult Education industry
  • Strong knowledge of SkillsFuture Funding, SkillsFuture Credits, and other related funding schemes
