What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information, quotation and timely solutions to customer queries
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date customer records
- Prepare invoices to customers and follow up with payment status
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and documentation
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications especially excel & word
