Job Scope:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management teams
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and offer appropriate technical solutions
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and technical presentations customized to client requirements
- Work closely with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings
