Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for Accounts Executiveposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Process AP, AR & General Journal entries.
  • GST filing, audit schedule preparation & reporting
  • Assist in AP and AR functions such as billing, preparation of payments and receipts
  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, invoices, statements, etc
  • Prepare payment schedule and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
  • Perform bank reconciliations, collection and credit control.
  • Manage the company and its subsidiary's day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
  • Responsible for monthly intercompany settlement.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
  • Support month end closing activities
  • Assist for yearly reports for audit and liaise with auditors and respond to any queries.
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with min. 2 years of experience in full set of accounts
  • Good communication and administrative skills
  • Good initiative and able to work independently
