About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our growing team at Imperial Royal Pte Ltd, a dynamic company based in the Pioneer . This full-time position will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
  • Preparing financial reports and statements for management review
  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and timely

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification in accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts executive role
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as Auto count, Xero accounting softwares
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Singaporean tax regulations and compliance requirements
