Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized corporate administration intern. Suitable for entry-level candidates or those with minimal experience. The role involves ensuring efficient corporate operations, regulatory compliance, and supporting management with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage candidate evaluation and interview process.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication between departments and teams.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties and adhoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing degree in business, communications, or related discipline.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skill with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; a team player with positive interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with common administrative tools.
