[What the role is]

As always, the team is constantly on the lookout for any existing or emerging technologies to further improve IT services and support, or to enhance user experiences and productivity. The team has also strived to improve IT security awareness of staff through better communication and information dissemination.

[What you will be working on]

The intern will be involved in the following tasks:

- Assist in procurement tasks, including documentation, drafting procurement documents, and other related activities.
- Assist with ICT contract management housekeeping.
- Assist in housekeeping the IT Registry folders, contract records, and other documentation.

Internship Period
- May 2025 - August 2025

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to learn about IT procurement and contract management processes
- Proactive and takes initiative in completing tasks
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- At least Higher Nitec in Business Administration
