Technical Executive Cum FSM

Key Responsibilities:
- Station on-site to oversee day-to-day planning, management and operations of facilities management works and services.
- Carry out inspection services.
- Inspect, update, manage, and track all defects.
- Arrive on-site within response time for works of critical events and events threatening safety and security factors.
- Render engineering and technical services advice and recommendation based on site assessment regarding breakdown maintenance, system upgrading, improvement, replacement, and urgent works.
- Review contractor proposal for second opinion.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
- FSM responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
- 3 years of working experience as Technical/Property Executive
- Experience in FSM for high rise building
