We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Project Executive(Singapore)

Starting Date:

Between November 2025 to January 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and liaise closely with operation, projects and accounts department in the company to ensure smooth servicing for existing clients
  • Provide event administrative and operational support
  • Able to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Respond actively to sales enquiry, preparation in quotations and customer servicing
  • Communicates with clients via email to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and arranges adjustments or solutions as needed to address concerns
  • Generate and develop new sales opportunities (i.e. exhibitors, standbuilders, corporate etc.)
  • Answers enquiries and provides information on the products and services of the company
  • Build a fruitful relationship with existing accounts and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Support any ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by your team

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated individual that is able to work independently, even under challenging conditions and resources.
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills
  • A good team player ready to "get your hands dirty"
  • ITE / Diploma qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Language proficiency: Effective communication (Verbal and written) in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Audio Visual will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates without any relevant experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work out of office hours whenever necessary
