⌈ Job Responsibilities:⌋

● Execute the daily production schedule, preparing & baking a diverse range of breads.

● Shape, proof & bake doughs, adjusting temperature & timing to achieve desired texture, crust & color.

● Add fillings, toppings or decorative finishes as required by each product.

● Monitor oven performance, rotation & temperature settings to ensure even baking.

● Prepare daily production list & ensure all items are completed within schedule.

● Maintain accurate stock levels of baking ingredients, supplies & prepped items.

● Clean & sanitize work areas, tools, baking trays & ovens daily.

● Ensure proper handling & storage of equipment to prevent damage or contamination.

⌈ Job Requirements:⌋

● At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a bakery/ high-volume food production environment.

● Knowledge of different dough types & baking methods preferred.

● MUST be physically fit ― able to stand for long hours, perform repetitive tasks & lift moderate to heavy items.

● Excellent time management & organizational skills, able to multitask & meet daily production deadlines.

● Positive attitude & ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

● Willing to work 6-days a week.
