Job Description

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and strategies to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee clinical governance, including risk management, audits, and compliance with MOH and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor medical staff, fostering professional development and a culture of clinical excellence.
  • Drive system-wide initiatives, standardise protocols, and ensure operational consistency across sites.
  • Promote innovation and continuous quality improvement using clinical data and performance metrics.
  • Represent the organisation in medical committees and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

  • Medical degree registered with SMC, with valid Practising Certificate.
  • Specialist accreditation recognised by SAB and registered with SMC.
  • Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership or management.
  • Strong knowledge of local healthcare laws, MOH guidelines, and clinical governance.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement effective clinical strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Active in CME and committed to high standards of professionalism and patient care.
