
Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted IT advisor to our clients, helping them align their business needs with the right technology solutions while driving long-term partnerships and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts independently, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Serve as a strategic IT advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning them with suitable IT solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to design IT roadmaps that support their business growth and technology strategy.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and apply insights to enhance customer engagements.
- Deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in an IT System Integrator environment.
- Strong ability to independently manage accounts and foster lasting client relationships.
- Experience in developing IT roadmaps and providing strategic technology advice.
- Solid track record of identifying opportunities and achieving sales quotas.
- Highly motivated, with a strong drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Passionate about technology, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellence in every customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3, $5,500.00 per month
