Job Scope
We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and product improvements. You will be responsible for managing product backlogs, coordinating releases, and defining product strategies to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities-
Collect and analyze Voice of the Customer feedback to develop meaningful user stories and use cases.

Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, including feature requests and bug fixes.
-
Create and present business cases to leadership to secure necessary support such as funding and resources.
-
Maintain and update the product roadmap for assigned product lines.
-
Write functional and business-level requirements and communicate effectively with development teams and vendors.
-
Lead Scrum meetings with cross-functional teams to manage iterative product releases.
-
Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
-
Define short-term, mid-term, and long-term product strategies, including value positioning, target audience, and feature benefits.

Develop and execute effective product launch plans.
-
Educate and train stakeholders on product usage and features.
-
Establish support structures and procedures to ensure smooth product releases and timely issue resolution.

Conduct ongoing market and innovation research to maintain competitive product positioning.
-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in ICT or related domains.

Certified or equivalent experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.

Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
-
Experience managing end-to-end data product lifecycle.
-
Skilled in workshops, focus groups, and storyboarding to align stakeholders.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).

Knowledge of data analytics concepts like data modeling and data marts.
-
Adaptable and quick learner with ability to acquire domain knowledge independently.

Driven team player passionate about continuous improvement and mentoring.
