Position Summary

Summary: As an e-Commerce analyst, you will be part of the Online Strategy & Planning team under the Regional Online Group. You will be need to conduct business analysis by analysing data from various sources; you will also need to drive mid-long goals for online business including identifying new initiatives and supporting on-going projects. This is a 2-year contract but convertible role.

Role and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyse & visualise data for dashboard development and reporting
- Monitor e-Commerce metrics and transform data into operational insights to enhance/optimise consumer journey
- Initiate/support strategic projects to drive Online performance growth

Skills and Qualifications

Functional Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of experience in e-Commerce, preferably for DTC brands
- Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize data sets into insights
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment, while effectively communicating strategies for alignment across key stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with strong relationship building skills
- Proactive, task-oriented individual
- Experience & knowledge of Rewards/Loyalty programmes is a plus
- Prior experience with Business Development capabilities is a plus

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel is required
- Google & Adobe Analytics is a plus
