Payroll Coordinator

As Payroll Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring payroll compliance. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the local payroll providers in order to ensure payroll deadlines and objectives, quality of service and operational performance.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the preparation and processing of payroll information ensuring data accuracy and observation of deadlines
• Assist with calculation of payroll input data where necessary
• Provide calculation/cost estimate on specific data (vacation accruals, profit sharing, leaver's cost…)
• Continually improve internal controls to ensure proper treatment and compliance of all payroll transactions
• Assist with the payroll provider transition
• Assist in the opening of new APAC countries
• Support HR Operations on statutory certifications (ie. Mobility related…)
• Answer employees request according to internal SLA's
  
  

 Who You Are:

• Experienced in 3+ years with payroll in APAC
• Someone with comprehensive knowledge of payroll (practice on international payroll is highly appreciated)
• Service-oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude
• Someone who is curious, a critical thinker, problem solver and has a good sense of judgment
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently
• Excited to work with international teams
