Job description for our Recruitment role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies through job portals, agencies and career fairs, including organizing hiring activities/ events.
- Establish clear recruitment goals and timelines to meet turnaround targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company priorities.
- Screen, interview, and present applicants to hiring managers; conduct reference checks for qualified candidates.
- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment and staffing agencies and coordinate with hiring teams, including providing interview training when required.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention.
Others
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in government regulations impacting recruitment activities.
- Provide guidance and recommendations for the development and updates of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, providing guidance and insights to employees at all levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to managehigh-volume hiring efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, interview techniques, and candidate screening methods.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database management; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong time/project management abilities.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR, with a positive and open-minded attitude.
- Experience in non-executive hiring is an advantage.
