Position Overview: "Recruit Talent, Retain Potential, Empower Growth"

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. At iCondo, we believe our employees are our greatest asset, and we are looking for a dedicated HR leader to help us cultivate a positive, foster a team working mindset and productive work environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, talent management and ensuring that our HR practices align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, CPF policies and HR best practices.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and other statutory requirements.

2. Talent Recruitment and Management

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire the right talent.
  • Develop effective retention strategies to engage and retain high-potential employees.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and career progression planning.

3. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement staff development programs aligned with business goals.
  • Tap on available government grants (e.g., SkillsFuture, SFEC, etc.) to support training initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.

4. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Manage and optimise HR platforms (e.g., payroll, leave, performance management systems).
  • Leverage data and analytics to improve HR decision-making and reporting.

5. SOP Development & Process Improvement

  • Review and enhance existing HR policies, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Establish HR policies that reflect and reinforce our corporate values and mission.
  • Drive process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Champion a culture of upskilling and continuous improvement across departments.
  • Ensure effective implementation and compliance with HR policies.
  • Mentor team members to foster professional growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage appraisal processes.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, MOM laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a property startup environment is essential.
  • A strong desire to lead and inspire a team.
