**Function: Human Resources**

**What you will do****:

- Support in HR initiatives related to the employee life cycle from onboarding, to Learning & Development, to Performance Management, Employee Engagement activities, and Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in data gathering and analysis related to HR initiatives & projects
- Assist in HR operations and day-to-day support for HR BPs
- Manage Internship recruitment

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- An undergraduate studying Human Resources or Business Administration
- Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
