Salary: Up to $2900

Working Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries from voice and/or non-voice platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Address a wide range of requests including high consumption queries, bill explanations, account openings/terminations, and billing adjustments.
  • Maintain productivity and service quality standards in line with organisational targets.
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to resolve complaints effectively.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact centre environment, handling both voice and/or non-voice channels.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
