Customer Care Officer (USAVE) – 12 Months

Location: Kallang Sector | Mon–Fri: 8:00am–5:30pm or 8:30am–6:00pm

Salary: $2,580–$2,800/month + bonus

About the Role:

Join a leading utilities group as a Customer Care Officer (USAVE) on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve enquiries efficiently while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries across digital platforms (voice and non-voice), ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints, including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of contact centre experience handling voice and/or non-voice channels.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Good attendance record in previous roles is important.
