We're driving impactful, people-centric change through strategic initiatives that affect key stakeholders across the organization. The Change Management team supports this journey by leading transformation projects with wide-reaching implications—particularly in operational and service excellence.
We are seeking a Manager, Change Communications to lead the development and execution of engaging, effective communication strategies that support major change initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping how employees and stakeholders understand, experience, and embrace transformation.
What You'll Do
As part of the Change Management team, you will:
- Develop and implement communication strategies for change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
- Create clear, compelling content and guide creative execution across multiple channels to ensure consistent and targeted messaging.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver presentations, communications toolkits, and other materials that facilitate understanding and adoption.
- Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging performance insights to continuously refine engagement strategies.
- Manage and maintain internal content platforms such as intranet pages related to transformation programmes.
- Contribute new ideas and innovative branding approaches to enhance communication outcomes.
- Align communication efforts across platforms—digital, physical, and print—for consistent user experience.
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, business challenges, and behavioural insights to tailor messaging effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Communications or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications (e.g. Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (CSCMP)) are a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large or complex organizations.
- Strong experience supporting transformation or change initiatives, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills across digital, print, and live formats.
- Proven ability to translate complex or technical information into engaging, accessible messaging.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presentations and stakeholder facilitation.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator (or similar tools).
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
